Destiny's Child |
Fans of Destiny's Child, listen up! Mathew Knowles has
announced that two Destiny's Child albums featuring new material will be
released this autumn, reports Digital Spy. Mathew told the Huffington Post that
the band are still under contract with Sony, Music World Entertainment and two
new releases are due this November. "We still have our joint venture with
Sony and in November we're putting out two Destiny's Child catalogue records
with new material. So we're going to start doing strategic things like that,"
he said. He clarified that the group are not going into the studio together and
explained that the compilations will feature tracks recorded when the trio were
still together. "It's all released material, with some previously
unreleased material," he added. When asked if his daughter Beyoncé and
band mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams were planning to tour in support
of the albums, Mathew admitted it was unlikely. The group's last full album
release was 2004's Destiny Fulfilled.
