New Taylor Swift album announced

While we still are gaga over the B.o.B. and Taylor Swift song Both Of Us, The Beat just learned that Taylor has confirmed that her fifth studio album will be called Red. The multi award-winning country star revealed details of the new release during a Google+ Hangout chat with fans on Monday. Red will feature 16 tracks and includes a duet with Brit Award-winning singer Ed Sheeran, and Swift said that the album was inspired by "the kind of tumultuous, crazy, insane, intense, semi-toxic relationships that I've experienced in the last two years. "All those emotions spanning from intense love, intense frustration, jealousy, confusion, all of that, in my mind, all of those emotions are red. You know, there's nothing in between. There's nothing beige about any of those feelings. So I called the record Red."
