After fifteen years, six studio albums, 11 million album
sales, breakdowns, clean ups and the dizzy swell of global success Placebo are
back, with a teaser album for fans while they record their new CD, due out
2013. In September 2012, the band played their biggest yet arena shows in
Russia with dates in Moscow and St Petersburg. Included in their latest live
set is the new highly charged lead track ‘B3’ from their new EP, due for
release on October 15th. It features 5 brand new tracks and is an eclectic mix
of newly written songs and older unreleased album session recordings. The band
felt strongly that the fans should get to hear new music in the interim before
the new album is released in 2013, and the music wasn’t a reflection in anyway
of the direction of the new album. The EP will be released digitally and as a
