Hanging with Snoop Dog in Durban

Hip hop star and rapper Snoop Dogg, now known as Snoop Lion, had the local and international media eating out of his palms at the MTV All Star press conference. Snoop is performing tomorrow evening (Saturday night) as part of the MTV All Stars concert in Durban. Snoop said "I am happy to be back in the mother land where music started with drumming." Asked if he would like to record with a local artist, he said it would be great. Someone even mentioned he should sometime soon change his name again from Snoop Lion to Snoop Springbok, upon which he laughed and said, "it's not impossible."
