The Detroit rapper's eighth studio is nothing more than a superb
piece of musical genius. It's return to his original rap roots with some heavy
rocking beats and even a sprinkling of poppy sounds. As broadwayworld.com says, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, or MMLP 2, is a return to form for both Eminem
and his alter ego. The album sees rap's favourite anti-hero making a triumphant
return to the darkly comical world he introduced us to back in 1999, when he
released The Slim Shady LP." The CD ha some serious strong songs that will
be on repeated play on my CD player: Berzerk, Asshole (featuring Skylar Grey),
The Monster (featuring Rihanna), Love Game (featuring Kendrick Lamar) and the
true gem of this CD, Headlights (featuring Nate Ruess).
