And then there were three… Fresh from playing a show in New Zealand, FOKOFPOLISIER is back with the good stuff.  The Dagdronk Blonde Ale and Antibiotika India Pale Ale proved to be smash hits and now the Hemel Op Die Platteland Amber Ale is here to warm up winter for beer lovers. Hemel Op Die Platteland is brewed in the Amber Ale style. It is an amber medium body beer, infused with a Rooibos tea. It shows tones of caramel, cream, nuts and dried fruit. It can be enjoyed at any time, but especially while watching a rugby game or listening to Fokofpolisiekar’s  As Jy Met Vuur Speel Sal Jy Brand EP at full volume. All of Fokofpolisiekar’s beers are bottle fermented, which means it is bottled with sugar, and active yeast, just like a Champagne and MCC “Method Cap Classique”. These cause light sediment at the bottom of the bottle, and gives the beer a great ageing potential and ability. All Fokofpolisiekar’s beers are bottled on site, under the brewer’s supervision.
