Jonathan Butler, Cape Town’s favourite son, returns to South Africa in November for two exclusive performances in Johannesburg (2 November and The Big Top Arena, Carnival City Casion) and Cape Town (The Grand Arena, Grand West Casino) only. It’s been almost 6 years since Jonathan last performed in Johannesburg and although he was in Cape Town in 2010 for the Cape Town Jazz Festival and for the Jonathan Butler and Friends Tour in 2008, this show will be up close and personal. The shows will feature Jonathan in a unique setting providing intimate behind the music stories about his hit songs and also classic gems, performing all the songs you've grown to love. The audience will be treated to a special evening where Jonathan will tell stories about his music, writing experiences and memories growing up in South Africa and eventually settling in Los Angeles.
