Usher |
R&B singer Usher was reportedly moved to tears while
questioned by his ex-wife Tameka Foster's lawyer in family court Monday.
Music-news says that the singer is currently embroiled in a bitter custody
dispute with his former spouse over their two children Usher Raymond V (4) and
Naviyd Ely (3). TMZ reports that Tameka's attorney grilled Usher for hours on
the stand, accusing the singer of excessive partying. Tameka's counsel pulled
out photos taken of the star while he was having a night on the town in Europe
in February, asking whether Usher imbibed illicit drugs while with his
children. Usher admitted that he smoked marijuana, but insisted that he never
used narcotics in front of his little ones. In Late November Tameka filed court
papers asking the Without You singer to lose joint physical custody of their
children. Usher is fighting to retain and increase his parental rights, as he
desires to spend more time with his tots. The trial continues on today.
