People who thought that after the Hurricane Sandy concert
where grunge rockers Nirvana reunited for the first time in years, that a mini tour will
follow - bad news. Dave Grohl has denied that plans are underway for a Nirvana
reunion tour. David recently collaborated with ex-Nirvana band mates Krist
Novoselic and Pat Smear as well as Sir Paul McCartney on the new song 'Cut Me
Some Slack'. A spokesperson for Grohl has told Page Six that those reports are
"nonsense" and stressed that there will be no Nirvana tour. Kurt
Cobain's widow Courtney Love panned Nirvana's performance with McCartney last
week, writing on Twitter that she was "not amused". 'Smells Like Teen
Spirit' singer Cobain died in a suspected suicide in 1994. Grohl and
Novoselic's track 'Cut Me Some Slack' is to feature on the soundtrack of new
documentary Sound City, which will also feature Trent Reznor, Stevie Nicks and
Lee Ving. What the performance of Cut Me Some Slack, HERE!
