On Monday 4 June 2012 there will be a star-studded concert,
set against the spectacular backdrop of Buckingham Palace, celebrating Her
Majesty The Queen's 60 year reign. The Diamond Jubilee Concert, is going to be
one of the most spectacular shows ever staged in the UK and SABC3 will be
airing the event on Monday 4 June from 21:10 until midnight (or even after).
The BBC and music maestro Gary Barlow are bringing together some of the biggest
names from the worlds of music, dance and musical theatre – including Shirley
Bassey, Alfie Boe, Jools Holland, Jessie J, JLS, Elton John, Tom Jones, Lang
Lang, Annie Lennox, Madness, Paul McCartney, Kylie Minogue, Cliff Richard, Ed
Sheeran and Stevie Wonder. Ok, now let's hope and pray that SABC3 don't decide
not to air it, because that would just suck big time!
