Joyous Celebration hits Bloemfontein

Joyous Celebration
Bloemfontein's roads have been lined with its world-famous roses as they eagerly anticipate being blessed by the last leg of MTN Joyous Celebration's 2011 Tour, which will take place on 3 September at the Vista Arena, South Campus UFS.
It has been almost two years since MTN Joyous Celebration last inspired their Free State fans during the recording of the phenomenal Joyous Celebration 14, and they have been sorely missed ever since. The choir’s relationship with the province will be bolstered when the accomplished outfit opens up their hearts and performs tracks from their most recent offering entitled “My Gift to You”.
With tracks like the encouraging “Is There Anything Too Hard” and the inspiring “Bophelo Ke Wena”, fans are guaranteed an unforgettable experience. The audience can also marvel at the versatility of MTN Joyous Celebration as they sing songs of praise in most of South Africa’s official languages. The country’s most impactful choir is legendary for their live performances and the Bloemfontein leg will be no exception.
“As MTN Joyous Celebration, we have always had an affinity for the beautiful Free State province and surrounding areas,” says co-founder Jabu Hlongwane. “Being in such an environment can only culminate in an unparalleled concert and we have definitely saved the best for last. Our supporters can expect to see us giving it our all, because that is what they have continually been giving to us all these years. This is our way of thanking them,” adds Hlongwane.
Pretoria was the first city to be in awe of the 2011 tour, and then came the province of the Eastern Cape where three outstanding shows took place. This was followed by Cape Town and Durban who were also thoroughly impressed. These have meant that MTN Joyous Celebration have perfected the performances and are ready to thrill Free State fans.
Tickets retail for only R 150 - R 250. Bookings are now open.
