The late Queen Of Disco
Donna Summer is going to hop back on
the charts later this year with a new remixed project, called Love To Love You
Donna. The set will feature a number of re-workings from the likes of Giorgio
Moroder, Hot Chip, Chromeo & Oliver, Frankie Knuckles, Eric Kupper and
others. Giorgio Moroder - who co-produced some of Summer's albums in the 1970s
- has reworked 'Love To Love You Baby' for the project. The producer debuted
his remix of the classic track during his set at Way Out West festival in
Gothenberg, Sweden last week. Knuckles and Kupper have worked on a new version
of 'Hot Stuff', while Hot Chip have remixed 'Sunset People'. Chromeo &
Oliver have reworked 'Love Is In Control (Finger On the Trigger)' as the set's
lead single, reports Billboard. Love To Love You Donna was originally intended
as a tribute record, but transformed into a full remix project. Listen to Love Is In Control,
