Madonna is about to embark on her new world tour. Her Rebel Heart Tour kicks of in Canada on 9 September before moving to North America and then Europe. The one thing that got me excited is that Madge had added Australian dates as well. If she goes ahead with those dates, she maybe tour South Africa, and that is a huge MAYBE. Although she has adopted many children from Africa, she has never ever performed here. I don't know if our money is not good enough or she just don't care about her devoted legion of South African fans.
